Handstand Shapes and Exploration

Welcome to the wonderful world of the upside down where we will be working on skills of inversions of all types. We will be going over alignment stretches for increasing shoulder and hip mobility, and we will be exploring shapes of all sorts – contortion handstands, bendy shapes and more.
