In this class we will learn to connect to and use our deep core stabilizers, effectively manage intra abdominal pressure, and incorporate this into our aerial practice. This class is for anyone who struggles with those dreaded bread loaf abs, leaking, low back pain, or just generally feeling like their core strength is holding them back. It’s perfect for people coming back to aerial postpartum.

Thursday from 4:30 pm - 6:00 pm, taught by Macy S in the Front Room
Flexibility can assist your circus practice as well as improve your general mobility. The ability to expand your body’s range of motion takes a lot of time and effort, but also intelligence to do it properly. By combining passive flexibility (holding flexible positions assisted by the floor or equipment) and active flexibility (using your muscles to hold flexible positions unassisted), we will cover flexibility training methods to help you discover your body’s custom flexibility regimen.
