Learning the 4:1 System

Are you interested in learning how to help your aerial friends fly? Are you generally curious about how a 4:1 pulling system is set up and how it works? In this class you’ll learn how our studio sets up and breaks down our 4:1 pulling system. We’ll go over step by step so you are familiar with switching out our pulleys, safety checks, hardware, rope alignment and some simple vertical pulls.*

Pre-requisites are level 2B in your apparatus or 1 year experience in rigging or climbing hardware and basing

*This workshop does not clear you to use the 4:1 on your own, you will still be required to be observed by an experienced New Moon coach until they feel you are competent to set up and break down safely and store our equipment appropriately 

 

Pulling and Being Pulled

Dec 22nd Upstairs 1:30pm to 3:30pm
Cost $70

Would you like to fly? Would you like to learn to fly someone around the room? This workshop is the one for you! It must be done in tandem with the Learning the 4:1 System workshop. We will go over vertical pulls, orbiting, spinning, descending and landing

Pre-requisites are the Learning the 4:1 workshop at 11am, level 2B in your apparatus or 1 year experience in rigging or climbing hardware and basing
